Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date you place your order to cancel it for a full refund — even if it has not yet arrived. To cancel, contact us with your order number. Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation, including the original delivery cost.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return of the faulty item required.
Changed your mind
For items that have arrived, you have 14 days from delivery to return them unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the return.
